Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, including budget forecasts and financial statements
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
- Familiar with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
- Collaboration and communication with HQ
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience is preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g. Excel and financial software)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
