Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team while assisting with content creation for digital marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent multitasking and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and capable of managing administrative tasks while contributing to the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the leadership team.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives.
  • Assist with general office management and operations.

Digital Marketing Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms or other digital channels.
  • Conduct basic research to support marketing strategies and content development.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth communication within the team and across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and content creation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
