Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently, proactive, and responsible.
• Proficient in multimedia tasks including filming, audio recording, photography, editing, live broadcasting, aerial filming, and related multimedia work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist staff in preparing various IT equipment and audio-visual devices.
• Support IT classes and campus television station operations.
• Produce video highlights of school events and upload them to the school website.
• Responsible for software updates, installations, and enhancements.
• Assist in recording and inventorying IT equipment.
• Help with data entry and survey analysis.
• Assist in transporting computer equipment.
• Maintain organization of servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Manage and secure the school’s network and security systems.
• Oversee maintenance and follow-up of school computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
