Min. 3 yrs' exp in the securities/futures industry
Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
Knowledgeable in using VBA will be an advantage
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Assist supervisor to monitor internal operations procedures in strict compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
Handle and ensure daily operations are processed timely and accurately.
Resolve payment specific issues with internal and external parties including counterparties.
Manage operational activities in relevant internal and external back office systems are operating meticulously.
Assist supervisor on new products / services to be offered to clients, including the UAT process.
Support equity sales, account executives and sales traders abreast of client account status.
Attend to client’s enquiry on payment and account status matter.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the securities/futures industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Operations Officer.
Good inter-personal and communication skills, proactive working attitude with analytical mind-set and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word. Knowledgeable in using VBA will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
