Our client is a sizable property developer who is now looking for the talents to join their Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts development and maintenance for  Residential OR Industrial/ Commercial properties Sales
• Prepare sales documents including sales arrangement, tender, pricelists, proposals and solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis 
• Handle enquiries from clients and property agents
• Handle daily operations in relation to sales activities 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years or above experience in Property Sales,  from Sizeable Property Developer is an advantage
• Knowledge in Residential, Industrial / Commercial properties Ordinance
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
