Our client is an ambitious start-up in Hong Kong, with partners from ex-Meta and ibanks. They are now looking for a Head of Business Development to join their team in the Hong Kong office. This position will be responsible for generating new business with their network in marketing agency field, also liaising with their counterparts globally.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to global pitches or proposals where needed
Spot revenue opportunities in SMEs, hunting for new business
Managing with detail pitch conten libarary and Business Development materials
Translate Business Development documents, pitches/proposals needed
Communicate and collaborate with counterparts world wide
Develop and coordinate pitches, RFP responses and presentations
Perform ad-hoc duties and also but no limited to ROI on expences, invoice tracking etc.
Expand the business development team and company to Singapore/Taiwan/China.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or preferred with 5 years relevant experience in a marketing agency firm is required
Strong market intel and network in SMEs from marketing background
Willing to take challenges, outgoing, determined and grow with the company
Solid knowledge in social media and advanced technologiesn
Attention to detail in proofreading and translation in both Chinese (Mandarin included) and English languages
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
A self-motivated team player who is well-organized and capable of working under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adept in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel)
