Our client is a large firm who is now hiring Systems Engineer (IT Service Support) to join their Team. To be successful in the roles you should possess the following attributes:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical support and administration across all Windows platforms, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows 11/10, and Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory, Linux, Windows Server, and Exchange Server.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and experience with routing, switching, and firewalls.
