We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who excels at translating user requirements into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and modern UI/UX. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Design or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital art and UI/UX design. 
• Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Figma) and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
• Proven experience in developing User Experience deliverables for a range of projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in front-end development frameworks such as React.js, Vue, or Flutter. 
• Experience with marketing technology (a plus).

Task & Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and software engineers to gather, document, and evaluate user and business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, and process flows to effectively illustrate design concepts and user journeys.
• Create UI mock-ups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate site functionality and user interactions. Use these prototypes to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and validate business requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting UI/UX issues during testing / implementations as part of technical support to the development team. 
• Stay flexible and responsive to changing user requirements and project scope. Collaborate effectively with team members to incorporate feedback and refine designs.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot user experience issues, ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
