Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and at least one front-end UI framework such as React.js (ReactJS) or Flutter.
Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, with exposure to TypeScript being a plus.
Demonstrated ability to apply good programming practices in responsive and mobile-first design. Managing complex asynchronous operations, including concurrent RESTful API integration using JavaScript Promise.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility is desirable. Familiarity with front-end testing tools and testing frameworks is advantageous.
Proven experience in system and architectural design.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or System Analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external clients and within teams.
Proactive, self-motivated and customer-oriented.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct impact analysis to understand the effects of requirement changes on existing systems and processes.
Design, develop, and manage APIs and system integrations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with requirements and standards.
Work with QA teams to develop test plans, oversee testing processes, and resolve issues identified during testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
Quickly identify technical root causes and resolve issues affecting client systems, collaborating with customers to ensure minimal disruption to their operations and maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the resolution process.
Coordinate with development and project management teams to plan and execute smooth releases.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
Create comprehensive documentation for systems and processes, aiding in knowledge transfer and mentoring.
