Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing product related documents to ensure the products are complied with internal and external requirements and obtain approvals for the launch of new investment products;
• Assist in the preparation of marketing documents, training materials and other literature for the launch of new products;
• Assist in activities pertaining to administration and maintenance of Investment products (Mutual Funds/ Private Funds/ Discretionary accounts);
• Assist in the preparation of management reports;
• Maintain business relationships with clients through different channels;
• Identify new business opportunities for PR campaigns and distribution channels that will led to an increase in sales volume;
• Work together closely with the team to perform KYC and develop client on boarding processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, diligent, hardworking, and eager to learn;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Programming skills like Python/VBA are a plus;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
