Provide full spectrum clerical and administrative support to Assistant General Manager;
Update client’s list and system database
Handle customer’s enquiries
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including but not limited to outdoor assignments
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience in any disciples
High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong in prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines, willing to OT
Independent and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated
Holder of valid driving license with clean driving records, familiar with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations is preferred
Immediately available is highly preferred
