Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner

- Reconcile bank statements, payment / receipt record and supplier / customer statements

- Assist in preparing of financial reports and statements

- Provide support for rental collection

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications:

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

- Student member of a Hong Kong-recognized Professional Accounting Association

- 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant / Officer or in a similar role

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

- Excellent communication skills
