Responsibilities:

• To assist in uploading and managing on  local & overseas online shopping platforms
• To assist in training Part Time staff 
• To perform customer services, including replying customers' queries, after-sales services
• To assist in stock management
• To assist in ad hoc projects 

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 in 5 New Senior Secondary School Subjects in HKDSE or F.7 standard or above
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry and leadership experience will be considered for a more competitive salary package.
• Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Chinese and English word processing (Chinese typing:>30wpm)
• Native in Cantonese speaking, Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Japanese is an advantage (N2 or above)
• Basic photo-taking skill is an advantage
• Interested in brand products and fashion
• Self-motivated, independent, mature and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and time management
• Immediate available is an advantage
