Schedule meeting rooms, assist in receiving visitors, maintain meeting environments, and clean tea cups.
Manage and maintain the front desk office environment, and handle emergency situations.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above.
Strong communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Proficient in office software, with relevant work experience and knowledge of business etiquette.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Friendly, team-oriented, and with good interpersonal skills.
