Our client is a reputable US bank, a financial services multinational corporation, who seeking for Complaint Management Analyst in Wealth Division.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and resolve the complaints in a timely and fair manner (written reply) and ensure all customer contact is recorded in the appropriate systems.
• Responsible for the acceptance, investigation, and timely resolution of complex complaints received.
• Identifying, analyzing and reporting on possibly serious systemic issues
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in business, banking, financial related subjects
• 1 year's experience in complaint handling, preferred in banking, insurance and finance industry
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
