About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join a global development team spanning Hong Kong, London, and New York. You’ll work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and analysts to build and enhance mission-critical systems. Expect to take ownership of projects, optimize performance, and continuously explore new technologies to push boundaries.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Build – Develop scalable, high-performance systems for trading and portfolio management.
• Optimize & Enhance – Improve application performance, ensure system reliability, and work with vast datasets.
• Innovate & Integrate – Evaluate and implement new technologies to keep our platforms at the cutting edge.
• Collaborate & Solve – Work closely with global teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong object-oriented programming skills (C# .NET preferred).
• Experience with SQL Server and data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Flink, dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, or Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• A background in finance or trading systems is a plus but not required.
