Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for taking telephone reservations and answering written inquiries for our restaurants

Maintain an accurate and logical filing system for correspondence, relating to bookings and enquiries

Handle reservations requests according to established procedures
-
Measure and analyze booking trends, pickup, no show and source of business for restaurants

Assist F&B Reservations Manager in ensuring all correspondences for reservations are replied promptly, correctly and professionally
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in similar position or in similar capacity
-
Have a Telephone Operator experience is a plus

Form 5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
-
Excellent telephone manner and good communications skills
-
Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
