Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and quality customer support services to clients and ensure smooth client onboarding including KYC, customer enquiries and after-sale support experience
• Support Relationship Managers on daily sales activities, business transactions, and statistical reporting
• Assist in monitor and track the progress of sales team projects, coordinate business development activities/events
• Support the client and business analysis, coordinate data collection and integration based on the macro economy, national policies, and head quarter’s strategy and prepare necessary internal reports
• Assist to propose system optimization requirements according to business needs
• Handle other related ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualifications, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in banking field.
• Responsible, motivated and willing to learn.
• Well acquainted with major computer software for office works including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. 
• Sound analytical and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a good relationship with clients and colleagues.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, especially fluent Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
