Perform receptionist duties such as answering / distribution telephone calls and taking messages, greeting guests and ensuring the tidiness of the reception area.
Register and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
Manage the meeting rooms booking and coordinate with the tea lady for the necessary tea serving.
Manage the company car bookings and assign company car drivers.
Order and maintain stock of daily office consumables as needed.
Any other administrative support duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
Form 5 or above.
5 years of receptionist or administration experience.
Detail- oriented and able to work independently.
Hard working and willing to learn.
Good telephone manner, strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing.
