Job Requirement:

• HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in WINE RETAIL, F&B or Customer Service Industry
• Passion in wine & willing to learn
• Confident in both English & Putonghua
• Provide sales and excellent customer service
• Energetic and able to work shift duties including public holiday
• WSET certificate holder is preferable, knowledge in wine, good computer skill is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain shop environment clean with routine
• Develop retail business, provide excellent service and product knowledge to customers
• Participate in-house training & ad hoc sales events like tasting or wine dinner
• Assist with online sales, order processing, updating website, and related information.
