Our client is a large comprehensive group company headquartered in Guangdong, which enjoys a high reputation and influence in the industry. Currently seeking an experienced investment professional for its family office in Hong Kong to be responsible for the investment strategy and asset allocation of the family office.


Job Responsibility

• Design and implement investment strategy, including direct investment and selection of external partners.
• Manage multi-asset allocation and be responsible for portfolio net worth;
• Adjust investment strategies and portfolios according to different market stages to optimize portfolio performance.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and understand risk factors to make decisions about whether to invest;
• Regularly report the performance of the investment portfolio to stakeholders, analyze the investment income contribution of various assets in detail and make subsequent investment recommendations.
• Continuously monitor the performance of external partners to ensure that their strategies are consistent with the objectives of the Office and make necessary adjustments.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance, economics, business administration or related majors.  Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is preferred.
• 10 years or more of working experience in large asset allocation institutions.  It has relatively mature institutional investment concepts and operating systems, and has continuous learning capabilities and error correction awareness.
• Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, investment strategies, partner selection processes and risk management principles.
• Familiar with various types of assets and configurations.
• Solid industry/company research, financial analysis, and financial modeling skills.  Excellent due diligence, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Have a high sense of professionalism and teamwork, and be able to withstand greater pressure and higher work intensity.
