Job Description :

• Provide professional legal advice and support on the operation and business of the bank in relation to corporate banking, financial markets and private wealth management;
• Draft and review various legal documents and agreements;
• Participate in projects and meetings to give legal support;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on legal matters;
• Review policies, guidelines and manuals of the bank;
• Conduct legal research, supervise the work of subordinates;
• Monitor the change of legislation and assess the impact on the operation and business of the bank.

Requirements :

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with at least 5 years of PQE;
• Experience as in-house counsel in banking industry would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge in banking laws and regulations;
• Self-motivated with good communications skills, able to work under pressure with tight time schedule;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
