Responsible for customer care services and proactively engage with customers with the goal to achieve business targets
Provides professional services to members in answering their enquiries and offering advice
Daily communication with members to understand their business and helping their business growth
Handle departmental administrative work & be flexible to ad-hoc duties and assignments as require
Perform any other duties as assigned by the respective Coaching and Leader Development Division Head
Occasional travel on company organized trips
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer
Requirement:
3 years of working experience in the Customer Service, Business Development or Sales related work
Passionate and eager to learn
Detail-minded and organized individual with good analytical and data mining skills
Flexible and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in MS Office Application and excellent in Excel or other analytical tools
Good command of both written and spoken English.
