Responsibilities 職責

• Operate all engineering plants and machinery to ensure they run in good and optimum condition 操作所有工程設備和機械，確保它們在良好和最佳狀態下運行
• Supervise the technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department 監督技術人員，確保部門順利有效率地運作
• Handle guest complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions 處理客人對工程方面的投訴並立即採取有效合理的解決方案
• Carry out both the operational and administrative duties  履行營運和行政職責

Qualifications 資格

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering 屋宇設備 / 電機 / 機械工程高級文憑
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience with similar position ／Maintenance sectors of Hospitality Industry / Estate Management / Commercial Building 至少1年相關工作經驗 (款待業/ 物業管理 / 商業樓宇維修)
• Working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and operations, construction, and related services, and local laws and building codes on building operations and safety. 了解建築系統和營運、建築和相關服務的工作知識，以及有關建築營運和安全法律和建築規範
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above (Preferrable) 持有甲級或以上電業工程人員執照 (優先)
• Good communication skills 良好的溝通能力
