Job Description

• Manage and maintain documentation related to IT operations and user guide.
• Oversee knowledge management processes to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
• Assist in asset management activities, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management and record updating in tracking system.
• Tracking and follow up with the team on Ticket resolving
• Create and distribute regular IT reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 3 years or above epxerience to handle the admin job with IT industry
• Proven experience in document management and knowledge management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in IT reporting tools and desktop support.
• Fresh graduate would be considered

Working Location

• Central/ Chek Lap Kok

Working Hour

• 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri
