Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Oversee resources planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones.
• Develop and implement best practices for quality assurance, and system architecture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Innovation technologies; recommend improvements to current processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and skill advancement.
• Manage technical resources, and timelines effectively.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Environment and System Integration Solution.
• Good in problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hour:

• 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri
