Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take reservations and perform check-in and check-out services
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervise associates in their assigned job duties
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Front Desk
- Knowledge in Opera System is must
- Good command of English and Cantonese
