Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enhance guest experiences by providing exceptional and memorable service
- Handle incoming phone calls, message and emails
- Coordinate reservations and guest requests
- Greet customer as the first point of contact
- Support Floor team during busy hours
- Introduce our loyalty program to enhance customer engagement
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Work closely with Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Independent and Self-motivated
- Good spoken Cantonese & English
- Experience in fine-dining restaurants is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Benefits:
