Responsibilities

• Act as the shift in-charge of a security team at depots, office buildings, cross boundary stations and lead a mobile patrol team to safeguard Corporation’s interests and assets within the railway premises
• Support station to monitor the passenger flow, maintain order and handle ad-hoc incidents
• Deliver training programmes to operational security staff and conduct security induction / fire precaution briefings to internal departments to enhance their security and safety awareness

Requirements

• Attain HKALE level, or possessing Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience gained in a disciplined force or commercial security operation, of which 1 years should be at supervisory level
• Good communication, supervisory and leadership skills
• Valid Security Personnel Permit and completion of a Security Training Course recognised under Quality Assurance System for Recognition Scheme (QASRS)
