Job descriptions:

• Build and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explore into new business oppotunities
• Achieve the monthly and annual target and the corporate market segment target monthly production and leasing revenue
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve leasing targets and maximize revenue
• Manage all aspects of leasing operations such as contract renewal, analyses market changes and conduct existing supportive companies with potential bussiness for thier oversea visitors
• Entertain and conduct hotel insorctions to decision marker, rate negotiators, influential. prime contacts and key bookers of his/ her specific market areas on a regular basis

Job requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
