I am recruiting an experienced C++ Developer Lead to head my client's Exchange Connectivity Team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto trading technology and market-making strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers across the APAC region.
• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency exchange connectivity solutions for crypto trading platforms.
• Collaborate closely with traders and strategy developers in Hong Kong to enhance market-making capabilities.
• Drive innovation and ensure the team delivers high-performance, scalable systems.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in C++ development, ideally within high-frequency trading (HFT) environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams, preferably in financial services or crypto trading.
• Familiarity with crypto exchange connectivity is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
