Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing new stores development, maintenance and renovation projects;
• Conduct regular site inspection; oversee the project progress and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, management offices and project team members to ensure project completed on time and up to standards;
• Handle project administration works, e.g. project scheduling, quotation process, budgeting, systematic filing and records;
• Ad hoc project as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical or Building Services or related discipline;
• 2 years relevant working experience in project management, preferably gained in Retail or FMCG industry;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a definite advantage;
• Self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Well-versed in the application of Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
