Responsible for the preparation roster of event and updating, arranging and coordinating job transfers for helpers
Arranging pay and compensation, including MPF to all helpers
Assisting the Administrative Officer in handling the incoming emails and preparing for reply
Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as scheduling and liaison
Communicate with internal and external contacts and effective communication skills
Assisting Administrative Officer with ad hoc issue in a timely manner
Participate in the arrangement, coordination and on-site guidance helpers work process of large-scale exhibition organizers
Requirements:
F.7 / DSE Graduate with 1 year working experience
Good in PC Operations including MS Offices & Excel
PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility & strong team player
