Responsibilities:

• On site to assist Project Manager related to site works
• Supervising the installation of the systems, such as construction, maintenance and repair operations
• Ensure all construction works are complied with the requirements of project program, building approvals, contracts, site safety as well as the design standards
• Communicate with clients or main contractor on site representatives about matters of works
• Inspect the site regularly and report to Project Manager for any unusual observations
• Keep tracking of site works by all means, not limited to regular site photos / daily records / etc.
• Taking care of inventories on site

Requirements:

• Specializes in the on site supervision of sub-contractors
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications to sub-contractors
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Holder of Green Card
• Holder of 天花工 / 金屬工 / 油漆工 大工牌 will be an advantage
