Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage reception duties
• Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and show customers to their tables
• Set up, organise and coordinate private events and parties
• Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply for Host/Hostess role
• Good customer service skills
• Cheerful and polite attitude
• Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
• An aptitude for acquiring new skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well-mannered telephone etiquette
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Host/Hostess
