Responsible for management and operation of the development
Deliver quality services
Provide customer services and handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Housing Management or related discipline
Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services in property management
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related Ordinances
Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to take initiative and meet challenges and able to work independently
Candidate with less experience or without Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
