The job holder is responsible for:

• Providing professional advice in passenger / commercial vehicles maintenance and other technical services
• Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess a valid driving license in Hong Kong
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Service Advisor
• Work location: Chai Wan
• Welcome IANG/TTPS/QMAS holder
• Pass Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (Principles and Practice of Insurance Examination & General Insurance Examination)
