Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Asia team on the talent development strategy, and based on it to develop the full spectrum of talent development functions, including in-house training, external training classes and eLearning platform for our Hong Kong Milwaukee Hub office
• Identify training needs, formulate annual and monthly training plan and implement learning & development strategy to meet the business needs and development goals
• Partner with Department Heads and Business Leaders to implement employee engagement strategies, e.g. succession planning, team building, etc.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs
• Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings
• Collect and analyse engagement metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and programs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to guide decision-making on employee engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the commercial sector
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Mature, independent, flexible, and a good team player while able to work independently with high integrity
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
• Excellent communication skills in both in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially for Excel and PowerPoint and open to learn new technology like AI/GenAI.
