Develop project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, identifying solution risks and barriers, recommending project approaches, and preparing time and cost estimates for the full project lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing and presentations, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase technical feasibility when necessary.
Propose technical solutions, oversee technology selection, and estimate resources required to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Complete technical documentation, including TOR, training materials, site references, etc.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Professional Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of pre-sales experience in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of network best practices.
Strong technology background in Cloud, i.e. Infrastructure, Hypervisor, Backup, Unified Storage, Virtual Desktop Infra.
Solid knowledge of network security and mainstream network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of troubleshooting technical issues involving networking and Sangfor products.
Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, along with proven experience, are preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese.
