Job Description:

• Response for business development and marketing functions;
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties in various projects;
• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones and responsible for Project KPI;
• Report to the Directors, lead and oversee the project teams for the project and achieve the goals;
• Responsible for the preparations of strategic plans and budgets;
• Ensure professional monitoring and smooth operation;
• Communicate and liaise with stakeholders, such as game developers, equipment sponsors, strategic partners and production team etc.;
• Develop and create sponsorship strategies, identify potential sponsors for events in order to maximize the increase of revenue of events;
• Manage the team in event preparation work and ad hoc work assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality & Tourism/ Event Management/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Business Administration related discipline;
• Minimum 3‐5 years' relevant experience in esports event/ NFT/ Blockchain/ Marketing or related industries is an advantage;
• Ability to build strong relationship and have excellent networking skills;
• Proactive, detail-minded and possess a can-do attitude;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good command in spoken Chinese and English.

Pay: $23,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month
