Responsibilities:
- Spearhead e-commerce platforms to meet sales objectives, elevate brand recognition, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners for e-commerce projects, including e-shop, website, and mobile app, from conception to upkeep.
- Manage day-to-day operations and update content on e-commerce platforms, including online marketing campaigns, product launches, and pricing modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or CRM campaign management.
- Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics.
- Experience with WooCommerce/Shopline.
- Possess a results-driven mindset with robust analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior specialist role.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
