Follow up air freight shipments and handle the full set of Air Export (AE) documents and operations.

Oversee air export / import documentation, cargo planning, and related operational tasks.

Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) team, warehouse team, and sales team to ensure smooth operational processes.

Coordinate with co-loaders and airlines.

Address inquiries and resolve issues related to operations.

• Education: DSE OR ABOVE (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

· Strong team spirit.

· Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.

· Willingness to work under pressure.

· Knowledge of ecommerce logistics, courier business is a plus

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of working experience in air freight forwarding.
