Job Description:

· Oversee air freight and e-commerce business arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loading businesses in alignment with local, regional, and global account strategies to drive growth and profitability.

· Supervise and manage air export documentation, cargo planning, and related operational tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

· Work closely with pricing teams to maintain and improve profitability margins while driving operational efficiency.

· Ensure strict KPI compliance and continuously monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or above
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in air freight forwarding.

· Strong team spirit.

· Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.

· Willingness to work under pressure.

· Knowledge of ecommerce logistics, courier business is a plus

Pay: From $22,000.00 per month
