Assist in the implementation and management of digitalization projects within the HR division.
Support workflow automation initiatives to streamline HR processes.
Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of routine HR tasks.
Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for process improvement.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging HR technologies and best practices.
Provide other ad hoc support to the HR team as needed.
This is a temporary position for four months. Full-time or Part-time mode will be considered.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Some experience in project management, digital transformation, or a related area.
Strong interest in technology and AI.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
Knowledge and interest in HR is an advantage but not essential.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Final year student will be considered as intern.
