Overview: This role supports the Sustainability team by managing a centralized and uniform sustainability data source and conducting analyses to inform strategic decisions. The position ensures data integrity through technology and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look after the data sources for sustainability initiatives as a centralised platform, ensuring data accuracy and reliability and most importantly streamlining different data sources.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize sustainability data to support business decisions.
• Track key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze program performance, identifying trends and forecasting future outcomes.
• Ensure data quality and traceability from collection to reporting.
• Collaborate with experts to establish and verify metrics for sustainability programs, aligning with standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and innovations to support long-term sustainability goals.
• Provide data for Annual and Sustainability/Environmental Reports, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, analysis, or automation projects within large organizations.
• Experience or interest in sustainability data management and reporting frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with flexibility to adapt to evolving data requirements and technologies.
• Proficiency in data management platforms and tools (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, Databricks).
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI/Query, Alteryx).
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and metrics (e.g., GRI/ISSB/CSRD) is a plus.
• Skills in business case writing, workshop facilitation, process mapping, or change management are a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a must; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
