Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant services within own capacity
Introduce and demonstrate mainly for wealth management products and services to customers
Enhance and deepen customer relationship through the execution of proactive relationship building
Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to customers
Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures
Support branch members as required
Requirements:
University degree with 1 year in banking industry with branch frontline customer services experience
Holders of HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
