• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and activities related to community health and digital inclusion initiative.
• Coordinate and conduct training and workshop activities.
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication between team members and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, schools, community centres).
• Maintain and update project documentation, such as timelines, participant lists, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure that all required resources and publicity content (venues, equipment, materials) are prepared for workshops, events, and training sessions.
• Act as a point of contact for staff, volunteers, and participants, addressing inquiries or issues as they arise.

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business/ Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in coordination or operations roles. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passionate about social innovation and community health topics.
• Candidate(s) with less experience would be considered for Project Assistant role.
