Involves working closely with branch sales team to implement an end-to-end sales and customer journey that meet assigned ANP goal.
Responsible for driving the medical sales process within the branch, ensuing immediate support for customers and sales teams.
To achieve the assigned sales targets for insurance products by collaboration with assigned CRMs or GBOs or ISs at branch network to implement sales plan, and to carry out various sales activities such as portfolio study with CRMs or GBOs, meeting customers, soliciting referrals, participating in customer activities, etc.
To provide professional insurance support to CRMs or GBOs or ISs and to proactively explore any untapped customer resources at branch network
To apply the sales technique of ‘Medical reserve’ to deliver a complete insurance solution to customers
Requirements
University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP would be an advantage
Minimum of 2 years insurance sales experience (preferably in medical insurance)
Attain any internal standards as required by country
Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
