The Job

• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
• Responsibilities: Manage the fit-out and renovation works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards - Advise and comment on fit-out designs, works inspection, monitor maintenance schedule, etc.
• $35K up. 5-day, medical, bonus.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Professional qualification preferred; MHKIS or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience in fit-out or large scale renovation gained with property developers / management companies
• Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements
• Good command of languages
