Job Responsibilities:
- Office Administration Management: Manage the full spectrum of office administration and procurement functions, including office services, supplies, insurance, repairs and maintenance, and office relocations.
- IT Support and Network Management: Provide IT support by managing network settings, Wi-Fi configurations, and server maintenance, ensuring all technology resources operate efficiently.
- HR Database Maintenance: Maintain HR databases, ensuring all records are current, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Payroll Administration: Perform payroll administration tasks, including managing employee attendance, payroll calculations, MPF administration, and leave management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various administrative reports, including headcount analysis and other HR metrics, for management review.
- Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the recruitment cycle, managing logistics such as job advertisements, CV screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
- Effective Communication and Relations: Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external partners to address inquiries and foster positive employee relations.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate departmental participation in monthly management meetings, ensuring effective communication of administrative updates.
- Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Job Requirements:
- F.6 or above.
- 3+ years solid experience in Administration and HR.
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance, employees’ compensation and related regulations.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Advanced) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available and stable is highly preferred.
